What kind of strategy game?
Iron Dice has the map conquest, economy, diplomacy, and war of grand strategy, with complete campaigns designed to take roughly 2–5 hours. Pause whenever you need to think.
Choose from 30+ kingdoms in the full game. Research new technology, reform your government, and decide which provinces are worth fighting over.
- Economy
- Pick provincial industries, connect production chains, and trace your income. Foreign markets matter; wars and embargoes can close them.
- Diplomacy
- Assign a limited pool of diplomats to relations and missions. Alliance talks, military access, and declarations of war all compete for their time.
- War
- Inspect estimated battle outcomes before committing. Maneuver armies and fleets, besiege settlements, and negotiate peace.

A note from the developer
I'm Colin, the solo developer behind Iron Dice. I love grand strategy, but I almost never finish a campaign, so I made the game I wanted to play: map conquest, economy, diplomacy, and war, with less time spent fighting the interface.
You can trace your income, see how a battle is likely to go, and tell what a diplomatic move costs. That's what I mean by “every system shows its work.”
